ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
n
Christian Aboriginal School Parent-Directed School Coolgardie operates under the CAPS Board — a body established in 1980 with a mission to provide Christ-centred education that nurtures Aboriginal and First Nations students spiritually, educationally, and socially. The school is actively building the strength and cohesion of its teaching team under strong, committed leadership.
n
With a maximum of 100 students, this is a place where you will build quality relationships that most teachers in larger schools simply never get the chance to experience. The school's reputation is growing — and this hire is a critical part of that story.
n
WHY JOIN CAPS COOLGARDIE
n
n
- Step into the priority role for a school that is on an upward trajectory — your contribution will matter immediately.
n
- Work in a school small enough to know every student, and purposeful enough to change every one of their lives.
n
- The school subsidises accommodation, subject to availability and can be negotiated.
n
- Try before you commit — for strong candidates, CAPS will cover travel and accommodation for a 2-3 day school visit.
n
- Join a faith community where your values and your vocation are one and the same.
