This is a full-time leadership opportunity ideal for a senior OT ready to take the next step — combining hands‐on therapy with leadership, coaching, and service development.

About the Role

n

As the Team Leader Occupational Therapist

n

n
- Provide clinical leadership and day‐to‐day support to your OT team
n
- Mentor, coach, and supervise clinicians to support their growth and performance
n
- Maintain a reduced clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities
n
- Drive service quality, team culture, and best‐practice care
n
- Partner with senior leadership to support clinic growth and client outcomes
n

About You

n

You're a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who:

Essential Requirements

n

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
n
- Current AHPRA registrationExperience working as a Senior Occupational Therapist
n
- Leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded
n
