Job Description

We are seeking a Test Analyst expertise to join a project for one of our premium Federal Government clients.

The initial contract is till 30 June 2025 with potential 12 month of extension.

n

There is flexibility for hybrid working, with work from office days to be from the client's offices in Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Brisbane.

n

The nature of these roles requires candidates to be an Australian Citizen and hold a minimum of baseline Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) clearance.

What will make you a good fit for the role?

- Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements and technical specifications.
n
- Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects. Analyse test results and liaise with analysts and developers to resolve issues.
n
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure thorough testing of modules and applications. Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
n
- Automation: Contribute to test automation strategy and utilize test automation tools for efficiency and cost reduction.
n
- Reporting: Provide test progress status/reports to QA Manager and Project team. Document and track all defects, errors, and issues identified during testing.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with general programming best practices,



accepted web standards, and those set forth by upstream sources.

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
n
- Experience: Proven experience in Java, Azure, Usability and Accessibility including scripting and framework development.
n
- Desirable: Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, Performance Testing or similar.
n
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
n
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Robust communication and teamwork abilities.
