We have an exciting chance for junior or trainees to join a lovely practice in Seaford.

You will be given the opportunity to learn on the job all aspects of dental assisting.

You will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth running of our dental practice. This is a flexible, casual position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and handing instruments as needed
n
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting and filing
n
- Ensuring the dental surgery and equipment are clean, well-stocked, and ready for use
n
- Providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering questions and addressing concerns
n
- Undertaking administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
n
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and infection control protocols
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification or based on experience
n
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant,



preferably in a fast-paced clinical setting
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
n
- Proficient in using dental software and technology
n
- A genuine passion for the dental industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
