The Brighton Metro Hotel is a true local favourite, offering something for everyone—from the popular Charlie's Diner buffet and family dining to a vibrant Sports Bar, Beer Garden, gaming room and function spaces. With a strong community focus and a fast-paced operation, we're looking for an experienced hospitality leader to take the next step in their career.

About the Role

n

As Venue Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the venue while developing a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll be passionate about hospitality, commercial performance and creating a positive team culture.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Leading all day-to-day venue operations
n
- Coaching, mentoring and developing your leadership team
n
- Driving exceptional guest experiences and service standards
n
- Managing rosters, labour costs and wage performance
n
- Overseeing stock control, ordering and inventory management
n
- Delivering strong financial results and achieving KPI targets
n
- Maintaining compliance with RSA, food safety and WHS requirements
n
- Working closely with the kitchen and support office teams to continually improve venue performance
n

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

n

n
- previous leadership experience within hospitality
n
- Is a hands-on leader who enjoys leading from the floor
n




- Has experience managing high-volume food & beverage operations
n
- Can build engaged, high-performing teams
n
- Thrives in a fast-paced workplace and leads by example
n
- Holds a current RSA & RSG (or can obtain one before commencing)
n
