Lead a Multi-Site Manufacturing Business | Full P&L; Ownership | Senior Leadership Role

Metroll Victoria Pty Ltd is part of a national manufacturing group supplying metal building products across Australia. With multiple sites across metropolitan and regional Victoria, the business combines local operational capability with national scale.

We are seeking an experienced State Manager / Operations Manager to lead the Victorian business—driving financial performance, operational excellence, and growth across manufacturing, distribution and sales.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Full P&L; accountability for the Victorian business
n
- Lead multi-site manufacturing and distribution operations
n
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement and cost control
n
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies
n
- Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers and operational leaders
n
- Improve production efficiency, supply chain performance and service delivery
n
- Ensure WHS compliance, safety leadership and risk management
n
- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
n
- Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting and reporting to Head Office
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
n




- Proven experience as a State Manager, Operations Manager or General Manager
n
- Strong background in manufacturing, construction, steel or building materials
n
- Demonstrated success managing multi-site operations
n
- Track record of delivering P&L; results and business growth
n
- Solid leadership capability with experience managing large teams
n
- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance sales and operations
n
- Solid understanding of WHS, compliance and industrial environments
n
