Join a high-performing maintenance team at our Tongala processing facility and play a vital role in supporting one of Australia's leading beef producers. We are seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Tradespeople—including Electricians, Fitters, and Plumbers—who are ready to bring their expertise to a fast-paced, supportive, and innovative environment.

With over 30 years of successful operation, our Tongala site is integral to our business, processing high volumes of cattle with a strong emphasis on export markets. As part of the Greenham team, you'll contribute directly to production reliability, continuous improvement, and exciting innovation projects.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance on plant machinery and equipment
n
- Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
n
- Assisting with installation and commissioning of new equipment and capital projects
n
- Welding and fabrication (highly regarded)
n
- Working with automation systems, packaging equipment, and modern control technologies
n
- Supporting secure, efficient operations, including occasional weekend or after-hours work
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Must hold one of the following trade qualifications: Electrical Licence, Fitting & Turning qualification, or Plumbing certification
n
- Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or industrial maintenance
n
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
n
- Commitment to safe work practices (including ability to work at heights or in confined spaces)
n
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
n
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
n
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
n
