Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Senior Medical Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly Sydney team and support our busy recruitment operations.

About The Role

n

We are seeking a SeniorRecruitment Consultant with proven experience in 360° recruitment, especially for locum medical placements. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placement, while delivering a high-touch, consultative experience for both clients and candidates.

n

You will build and nurture strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics and medical professionals, ensuring tailored solutions that meet clinical workforce needs and support career aspirations.

n

Key focus areas include:

n

- Full cycle 360° medical recruitment, from candidate sourcing through to placement
n
- Building and managing client partnerships and candidate relationships
n
- Negotiating placements, rates and terms of business
n
- Working with the compliance team to ensure medical credentialing, AHPRA compliance, onboarding processes and logistics
n

n

Role Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in Australian medical recruitment (locum and/or permanent)
n




- Proven success in a 360° recruitment environment
n
- Strong billing history and the ability to manage a full recruitment desk
n
- Experience placing doctors within the Australian healthcare system
n
- Strong understanding of compliance, credentialing and onboarding processes
n
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation and communication skills
n
- Professional, ethical and performance-focused mindset
n
