Senior Full Stack Engineer / Architect

Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Sydney, Australia - Hybrid

n

Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders).

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver full‐stack solutions with strong front‐end expertise in Next.js and robust backend development in C#/.NET Core.
n
- Act as a technical leader—mentor engineers, run workshops, and drive best practices.
n
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using GraphQL, REST, and modern data access patterns.
n
- Work end‐to‐end with a DevSecOps mindset, including CI/CD, automated tests, security, monitoring, and infrastructure‐as‐code.
n
- Use AI‐assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Figma AI, etc.) to improve productivity and code quality.
n
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
n
- Promote innovation, challenge existing approaches,



and bring creative problem‐solving skills.

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
n
- Strong experience across SDLC, architecture, design, deployment, and Agile delivery.
n
- Expertise in Next.js, React, C#, .NET Core, and microservices design.
n
- Hands‐on with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity).
n
- Robust knowledge of security standards, DevSecOps, logging, monitoring (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus), and SLI/SLO concepts.
n
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, API design, and performance optimization.
n
- Familiarity with automated testing (Unit, Regression, Playwright, JMeter).
n
- Experience with DevOps toolchain (GitHub, Artifactory, Octopus, SonarQube, Snyk).
