We're looking for a confident, organised Warehouse Admin to join our team in an ongoing long-term career position.
This is a varied role that covers receiving and tracking incoming goods, following overdue orders, slow moving and obsolete stock including cycle counts.

- Previous customer service or office administration experience
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Professional and confident when dealing with customers and colleagues
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel
- Positive, reliable team player who uses initiative

Working Hours : Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm

- Skilled and confident when dealing with customers and colleagues
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel
- Positive, reliable team player who uses initiative
- Accurate typing/data entry skills (50+ WPM preferred)
No formal qualifications required – experience is what counts.
Desirable NOT essential :
- Experience in the building industry
- Experience in warehousing, logistics and inventory control.
- Forklift licence
