The Role

n

As an Account Manager, you'll run your own book of clients—guiding them through the world of better marketing, better selling, and smarter growth.

n

This is part sales, part strategy, and a whole lot of impact.

n

You'll:

n

Run sales calls with warm leads (no cold calling needed)

n

Onboard clients and build 30/60/90 growth roadmaps

n

Coach clients through sales conversations and conversion techniques

n

Collaborate with our marketing team to activate campaigns

n

Track performance, hit retention targets, and drive revenue

n

Become a trusted advisor and strategic sounding board

n

Your Scorecard

n

Clients are growing — winning better deals, faster

n

Your portfolio grows to $150K–$200K/month

n





Retention is high. Churn is low (

n

You've got 2+ years in sales or account management

n

You've closed deals — or you love being close to the close

n

You love fast growth, real results, and no fluff

n

You've got high EQ, strong communication, and commercial instinct

n

You want to be mentored by someone who's built 7-figure businesses

n

You're ready to work hard and learn fast

n

Bonus: You've worked with accountants, advisors, or other B2B clients

n
