What You'll Do:

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales with your positive, bubbly nature.

- Mentor and develop your team for future leadership roles.
n
- Oversee stock management and prioritise daily tasks efficiently.
n
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members.

What You Need:

- 2+ years of experience in a retail management role
n
- Passion for empowering customers and creating an inclusive shopping experience.
n
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire.
n
- A commercial mindset with a knack for visual merchandising.
n
- Hands-on approach to stock management and operational tasks.
