Job Description

Wellways is seeking Carer Hub Navigators to join the current Carer Gateway Hub in the Katoomba/Blue Mountains NSW region. You will act as the welcoming face and guiding hand for carers, building relationships with community organisations and health services to improve access to support.

The role focuses on holistic wellbeing, no wrong door approach, and requires driver's licence, and checks. We offer SCHADS 4B ($44.58 ph) plus super and salary packaging.
