Key responsibilities
- Run your own section in a fast-paced kitchen
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and standard
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth service
About you
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced cafe or casual dining environment
- Confident working in a high-volume service setting
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professional approach
- Willing to take direction and contribute to team success
- Passion for quality, consistency and continuous improvement
