We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Fountain Gate Factory Outlet on a FULL-TIME basis!

Responsibilities

n

n
- Managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
n
- Monitor and analyze performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
n
- Effectively manage all retail operations within a fashion store environment.
n
- Be a role model and lead the team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers' expectations.
n
- Guide and train all team members within your assigned area on brand product knowledge and customer service.
n
- Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
n




- Coordinate team members to ensure most effective inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
n
- Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
n

Qualifications

n

We are looking for an experienced retail leader who will maintain high standards for themselves and their staff and who has a solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position.

n

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

n

n
- Retail leadership experience in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
n
