About the Role

Due to continued growth, the firm is looking for an experienced, people-focused Manager to work closely with two Partners in managing client relationships and overseeing the team.

This is a hands-on role where you will have genuine influence over both your clients and the development of the team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Managing staff workflow and ensuring deadlines are met

- Reviewing work files and maintaining high-quality standards

- Training,



mentoring and developing team members

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

- Acting as a key point of contact for clients

- Providing higher-level tax, accounting and business advisory services

- Working closely with the Partners on client strategy and commercial matters

- Taking a big-picture view of your clients' businesses and identifying opportunities to add value

About You

Ideally, you will possess:

- CA/CPA qualified or currently working towards qualification

- At least 2 years' experience at Manager level within public practice

- At least 7 years' public practice accounting experience

- Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A personable and client-focused approach

- A genuine team-player mentality

- A passion for mentoring and developing others

- An interest in developing your commercial and business advisory capabilities
