With a strong reputation for science-backed nutrition and consistent quality, they are now seeking a General Manager – Animal Nutrition to drive market growth, build long-term partnerships, and lead commercial strategy across Australia and beyond.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
n
- Build and manage relationships with zoos, wildlife parks, aquariums, breeders, and specialty retailers.
n
- Identify new markets and distribution opportunities, including international expansion.
n
- Lead negotiations with key accounts and strategic partners.
n
- Mentor and guide a sales team, driving performance through transparent KPIs.
n
- Collaborate with product, nutrition, and logistics teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
n
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and regulatory developments to shape strategy.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n




- 10–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
n
- Proven success in animal nutrition, agribusiness, pet food, or exotic animal feed markets.
n
- Experience in international markets and distributor management is highly desirable.
n
- Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of delivering growth.
n
- Passion for animals, wildlife, and conservation, with the ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear, customer-focused way.
n
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
