We are currently seeking a Farsi speaking volunteer for the following rewarding opportunities:

Bossley Park An elderly gentleman living independently at home is seeking a male volunteer for social connection and companionship. If you enjoy gardening, keeping up with the news, and having a positive chat, you could be the perfect match.

No special skills are required—just kindness, patience, and a willingness to spend time with someone who will truly value your company.

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
