We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our Brisbane Airport concept store. Deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE

n

- Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.

- Engage and empower the team through ongoing training,



mentoring and collaboration.
n
- Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
n
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
n
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
n
- ASIC pass provided.
n
- Tues to Saturday roster.
n

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

n

n
- 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
n
- Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
n
- A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
n
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
n
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
n
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
n
- A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
n
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
