Lead service that creates opportunity by:

- Supporting the Service Manager with day‐to‐day operations, planning and service delivery.
n
- Enabling the team to deliver high‐quality, secure and person‐centred supports.
n
- Promoting a positive, respectful and professional team culture.
n
- Developing and coordinating client‐led individual and group programs.
n
- Actively engaging clients in meaningful daily activities.
n
- Implementing positive behaviour support and approved restrictive practices where required.
n
- Building strong partnerships with families and stakeholders.
n
- Ensuring accurate intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.
n
- Maintaining compliance across safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits.
n

- Demonstrated leadership experience within the Disability Services sector
n
- Proven ability to coach and support colleagues in developing their skills, capabilities, and knowledge to deliver high‐quality services.

- Experience in coordinating daily operations and tasks for a team.
n
- Expertise in preparing plans and documentation focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
n
- An engaged and proactive leader who actively contributes and encourages innovative approaches.
n
- A tertiary qualification, Certificate IV in Community Services, disability, or aged care will be advantageous for success in this role.
