Job Description

Pimpama Pavilion is now seeking applications for a Retail Attendant to work in our drive-thru and retail bottle shop located within our venue and other retail bottle shops located on the northern end of the Gold Coast.

Thiscasual positionrequires the flexibility to work weekdays, nights, weekends and / or public holidays and ability to complete open and closes of the shop across a 7-day roster. The role will be a combination of working as part of a team and other times working autonomously.

n

The retail attendant position is approximately 10 - 20 hours per week.

n

Retail Attendant duties include but are not limited to:

n

Providing excellent customer service and advice

n

Unpacking, lifting and putting away stock

n

Ensuring all shelves are fully stocked

n

Carrying stock to customers vehicles in drive thru area

n

Performing ID checks, cash handling and stock control

n

Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the retail shop

n

The Essential Requirements:

n

Excellent communication and customer service skills

n





Wine knowledge and experience is highly preferred

n

Physical strength required as this role requires lifting and carrying cartons of beer and wine etc

n

Highly motivated and outgoing personality

n

Must be well presented

n

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol/ or must be able to gain prior to commencing
