This newly created role is an opportunity to coordinate regional field services for a well-established global industrial equipment company, working with customers, technicians and internal teams across Australia, New Zealand and selected APAC markets.

The Opportunity

n

Sitting within the regional engineering and technical services function, you'll be the central link between customers, Field Service Technicians, Technical Support Specialists and internal teams — helping keep every service job moving, from initial request through to completion.

n

The role primarily supports Australia and New Zealand, with additional coordination across selected markets in India and Southeast Asia. You'll join a collaborative team of seven (four Field Service Technicians, three Technical Support Specialists). No regular interstate or international travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and dispatch technicians by skill,



location and urgency, adjusting plans as priorities change
n
- Act as the main point of contact for customers — keeping them updated from request to completion
n
- Manage work orders, timesheets and service records in the service management system
n
- Coordinate parts, tools and logistics needed for repairs and maintenance
n
- Maintain technician compliance documentation and prepare regular service reports
n

About You

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in field service coordination, technical service coordination, maintenance planning or scheduling
n
- Experience coordinating field technicians, tradespeople or mobile service teams
n
- Strong organisational skills and calm, clear communication when priorities shift
n
- Confidence using an ERP, CRM or field service management system (Dynamics experience a plus)
n
- Exposure to industrial equipment, manufacturing or automation environments — trade qualifications not essential
n
