Exciting opportunity for an experienced Development Manager / Project Manager to deliver two premium residential developments in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

n

Our client is a boutique, design-led residential developer delivering high-end, architecturally crafted multi-residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. They are now seeking a Development Manager / Senior Project Manager to oversee two key developments in the Eastern Suburbs. The role will suit a highly experienced and proactive project professional who can represent the owners' best interests locally, operating with full autonomy while maintaining close communication with the overseas-based Director.

Current projects include:

- A luxury 6-storey apartment building, currently at DA design stage
n
- A boutique apartment project, progressing through DA for additional levels and revised mix
n

n

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-side or developer-side project management, ideally within the luxury multi-residential or mixed-use space, and be comfortable managing projects through every stage of the lifecycle – from design and DA coordination through to procurement and construction delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Property or similar
n
- 8–12+ years' experience in project management, ideally within luxury multi-residential projects
n
- Proven experience delivering projects from DA through to completion, including design coordination and cost control
n




- Strong commercial and contractual understanding with excellent attention to detail
n
- Ability to liaise effectively with architects, consultants, and contractors
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
n

Contract & Remuneration:

n

n
- 2-year fixed-term contract (potentially longer if development pipeline expands)
n
- Up to circa $200,000 total package (inclusive of superannuation)
n
- Up to 30% performance bonus based on cost, time, and quality outcomes
n
