We are partnering with a global logistics organisation to engage an experienced HR Data Analyst on a short‐term contract to support HR reporting, workforce analytics and remuneration data during a busy period.

n

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands‐on with HR data and producing clear, accurate reporting in a rapid‐paced environment.

n

Location: Sydney CBD

n

Duration: 1-2 months, with potential to extend

n

Pay rate: $500‐$600 per day plus super, depending on experience

n

Start date: January 5th, 2026

The role

n

Working closely with HR, Payroll and key stakeholders, you will support accurate HR data and deliver reliable reporting and insights.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- HR data reporting and analysis across workforce, remuneration and benefits
n
- Supporting salary review and bonus data preparation
n
- Building, maintaining and improving HR reports and dashboards
n
- Reviewing data accuracy, integrity and governance
n




- Assisting with benchmarking and pay‐related analysis
n
- Improving reporting processes and documentation
n
- Responding to ad hoc reporting and data requests
n

About You

n

n
- Experience in HR data, HR reporting or people analytics roles
n
- Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and data manipulation
n
- Experience working with HRIS and reporting tools
n
- Power BI experience is desirable
n
- Exposure to remuneration, benefits or salary review processes is an advantage
n
- High attention to detail and ability to work to tight timeframes
n
- Confident communicator able to work with multiple stakeholders
n
