Our client is an established and well-rounded Insurance firm, looking for a Property and Motor Insurance Consultants to join their expanding team. They have beautiful modern offices, located central to all modes of transport making it easily accessible to all.
The Role
- Assisting with a portfolio of claims
- Attending to inbound phone calls and lodging claims
- Managing claim general inquiries
- Providing clients with information on product offerings
- Up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers
- Hourly: $35 - $45 per hour + super
- Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 + plus super
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Location: Sydney CBD
Ideal Candidate
- Experience within property/motor claimsindustry is essential
- Robust customer service and administration skills essential
- Eager to learn and Passionate to grow in the industry
- Sales and Call Center experience desirable
- The ability to work in a team and in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
