Kotzur Silos is seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive adoption and readiness for KotzurOne, our major business transformation program. You will oversee the integration of Walla Walla and Toowoomba operations into one Kotzur, ensuring advantages are delivered and embedded beyond go-live.
Reporting to the CIO, you will work with senior leaders across the business, design targeted communications, develop training strategies and measure change success across technology, processes and people.
