We are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join one of Sydney's most respected and award-winning residential builders. With premium display home locations, a strong brand presence, and a robust pipeline of quality home designs, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional ready to take their career to the next level.

The Role:

n

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients looking to build their dream home. You'll guide them through the sales process-from initial enquiry through to contract signing-providing expert advice, exceptional service, and tailored solutions.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Welcome and consult with walk-in clients at display homes.
n
- Provide expert advice on home designs, inclusions, and packages.
n
- Qualify leads and follow up on enquiries to convert into sales.
n
- Work closely with internal teams including estimating and drafting.
n
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Proven experience in new home sales - minimum 1 year required.
n
- A passion for helping clients build their dream home.
n
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
n
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
n
- Weekend availability (with rostered days off mid-week).
n
