Lead the end-to-end UX and visual design of our treasury management platform. You will modernize the interface, build a scalable design system, and make complex financial workflows easy, intuitive, and visually engaging.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Define the UX/UI vision and experience strategy for a large enterprise platform.
n
- Build and maintain a reusable design system (components, tokens, styles, motion).
n
- Redesign information architecture, navigation, and workflows to reduce complexity.
n
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
n
- Work closely with Product and Engineering (Angular front-end teams) to deliver features.
n
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs.
n
- Create prototypes and assets to support sales demos and GTM storytelling.
n
- Drive design quality and maturity across teams through collaboration and governance.
n

Experience & Skills
n
n
- 6+ years' experience in UX/UI.
n
- Strong background designing complex, data-heavy applications.
n
- Proven experience creating and scaling design systems.
n
- Expertise in IA, interaction design, and usability.
n
- Advanced Figma skills (components, variants, tokens, prototyping).
n
- Experience collaborating with large engineering teams.
n
- Comfortable using research and analytics to inform design decisions.
n
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
n

Qualifications

- Degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
n
- Portfolio showcasing enterprise product design and design system.
