The Role
n
You'll independently run your own projects across assessments, remediation, risk and groundwater, supported by graduates and mid‐level staff, plus senior technical specialists nationally.
n
Associates step further into project strategy and oversight; Seniors focus on delivery excellence, client interaction and developing juniors.
n
What you'll actually do
n
n
- Manage PSI / DSI programs, fieldwork oversight, contractor supervision
n
- Deliver high‐quality technical reporting across contamination, groundwater and remediation
n
- Contribute to strategy, scoping and client updates
n
- Mentor juniors and guide mid‐level staff on project execution
n
- Tap into national hydro,
risk and remediation specialists for complex sites
n
- Support a growing Sydney team with project delivery, QA and knowledge sharing
n
- Exposure to large multi‐year sites, complex subsurface issues and a mix of government, energy and urban development projects
n
n
Who you'll work with

What you'll bring

- 5–12 years in contaminated land consulting
n
- Strong reporting and project management capability
n
- Confidence coordinating field programmes and complex assessments
n
- Interest in mentoring juniors and growing technically
n
- Degree in Science/Engineering or relevant field
n
