At Forma, we work exclusively on residential projects — the kind where the benchtop is the centrepiece of someone's home, and every install has to be flawless. We're looking for a Stone Benchtop Installer who is eager to learn the trade, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a team that genuinely values its people.

What You'll Be Doing

- Installing stone benchtops in residential homes with care and precision
n
- Reading plans and preparing jobs accurately on site
n
- Representing Forma professionally in our clients' homes
n
- Working alongside experienced team members to develop your skills
n
- Learning site measuring and the finer details of residential installation
n

n

Experience is a bonus — but it's not what we hire on. What matters most is:

- A willingness to learn and a genuine enthusiasm for the trade
n
- A team-first attitude and a reliable, consistent work ethic
n




- Respect for clients and pride in the work you put your name to
n
- A current driver's licence
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n

It will work in your favour if you also have:

- Any experience in stone, construction, or a related hands‐on trade
n
- An interest in site measuring and working to tight tolerances
n
- Confidence working in finished residential environments
n

- Top‐level hourly rate + super + incentives (after probation)
n
- Sign‐on bonus

- Full-time Monday to Friday
