THE OPPORTUNITY

n

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a project portfolio — from design through to construction and handover. This is a senior role with potential for real growth: you'll work closely with our Director, lead client relationships, and play a strategic part in how we deliver projects and grow the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

n

Serve as the primary client contact across design and construction stages

n

Prepare and manage project programmes

n

Work with our team to develop cost estimates and regular cost, program and project reports

n

Prepare tender submissions, trade packages and proposals (or assist others, where required)

n

Administer D&C; contracts and manage subcontractor, supplier and consultant procurement

n

Assist with obtaining project permits and approvals

n

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

n

5+ years of experience with a local construction company — ideally with D&C; or prefab exposure

n

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management,



Building or Project Management

n

Solid working knowledge of D&C; AS contracts

n

Proficient in MS Office, Excel and MS Project

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail

n

Sound construction knowledge with the ability to work autonomously

n

Valid Australian work rights and driver's licence

n
