Preventative Maintenance - aerospace/medical for heat treat & industrial equipment

n

This highly valued and mission-critical maintenance role will be responsible for the regular upkeep of heat treat equipment and furnaces, inventory management, preventative maintenance programs, and special projects as assigned.

n

Working closely with ownership and senior management, this role will implement preventative maintenance programs and hire a support team.

n

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair all process and facility equipment and machinery
n
- Create and maintain preventative maintenance schedules, including repairs and calibrations
n
- Fabricate equipment or components, which may include carpentry, forming, bending, rigging, and welding
n
- Oversee all aspects of equipment and facility operations
n
- Maintain a clean and safe work workplace




n
- Hire and supervise additional staff as needed
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Associates degree or certificate in engineering preferred but not required
n
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience, ideally in a heat treat or similar plant environment
n
- Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
n
- May be asked to work extended hours and/or weekends occasionally
n
- Ability to drive a forklift
n
