Testing Analyst

up to $140k + Super | Hybrid – Melbourne CBD

The Role

n

As a Testing Analyst, you'll work closely with the Development Lead and the wider development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality features and fixes. You'll be hands-on across the full tech stack performing both manual and automated testing to ensure functionality meets customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Work on large-scale global projects, establishing new features and enhancements.
n
- Manage bug fixes, DevOps tasks,



and front-end testing.
n
- Perform manual testing and develop automated test scripts.
n
- Write queries and test for data integrity issues, monitor error logs, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
n
- Collaborate across teams to understand operational and customer impacts of technology.
n

We're looking for a mix of the following:

n

n
- 3+ years in a Testing Analyst role, ideally in a SaaS start up or scale up
n
- Solid logic and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex applications.
n
- Comfortable reading and understanding code; technical curiosity is essential.
n
- Experience in a LAMP environment and with third-party integrations is advantageous.
n
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and work collaboratively.
n
- Experience in high-growth environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
n
