We're currently looking for an experienced Front End Developer to join us on two exciting greenfield AI products:

- An AI‐powered sales coaching platform
n
- An AI‐driven contract analysis solution for M&A; transactions
n

n

Both are rapid‐moving, technically complex products backed by a modern Java/REST API stack — offering a chance to shape the front end from the ground up.

What You'll Do

n

As a Front End Developer at Exaquai, you'll:

n

n
- Own significant front end features end‐to‐end using Vue.js (Vue 3 + Composition API)
n
- Integrate seamlessly with REST APIs and GraphQL
n
- Work directly with founders and product stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver elegant, practical solutions
n
- Shape UI/UX patterns, component libraries, and front end best practices across projects
n
- Contribute to code quality through clean architecture, thoughtful reviews, and maintainable design
n

You'll join a small, senior team where your ideas are visible, valued, and make a real impact.

What We're Looking For

n

You're a hands‐on engineer who enjoys collaborating closely with product and design to craft well‐built, user‐friendly interfaces.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- 3–5 years of professional front end development experience
n
- Strong expertise with Vue.js (Vue 3, Composition API)
n
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs
n
- Comfort working from high‐level requirements and iterating quickly in an agile environment
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- A focus on quality, maintainability, and usability
n
- Valid work rights in Australia
n

Bonus Points For

- Experience with Java‐based back ends
n
- Background in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or data‐heavy interfaces
n
- Familiarity with front end testing (unit, integration, or end‐to‐end)

- Experience in consultancy or startup environments
