Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Talent Acquisition modules
n
- Deliver full lifecycle implementations from discovery through to deployment and support
n
- Facilitate solution design workshops with clients to capture complex requirements
n
- Provide ongoing support and post-go-live services to clients
n
- Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards
n
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels
n
- Mentor junior consultants and share expertise across the team
n

n

Desired Skills and Attributes

n

n
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Core HR and Talent Acquisition)
n
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end implementations
n




- Strong knowledge of Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules
n
- Current certifications in two or more SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Employee Central, or Onboarding
n
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
n
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
n
- Legal rights to work in Australia
n
