Job Description
Fortus is a proudly Australian owned and operated company, specialising in replacement wear parts - including Ground Engaging Tools (G.E.T.) and Rubber Tracks & Pads for earth-moving equipment. We support customers right across the country.
n
About the Role
n
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Directors and Executive team here in Perth.
n
If you've got a few years of admin or EA experience behind you and you're ready for a role with more scope, this could be for you. You'll be working alongside the people who run the business, seeing how decisions actually get made, and having a real hand in keeping things moving.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
Keeping the Executives Moving: Manage calendars across several senior leaders and juggle competing priorities
n
Making Travel Painless: Book flights, accommodation and ground transport, sort visas and documentation, and put together itineraries
n
Being the First Point of Contact: Screen calls, emails and enquiries for the Executive team, and draft correspondence, letters and presentations that go out under their name
n
Supporting the Bigger Picture: Pull together research, help prepare reports, track documentation and deadlines, and get ahead of what the team will need next
n
Keeping the Office Humming: Look after supplies and equipment, coordinate meeting rooms and catering, manage mail and couriers, liaise with vendors, and cover reception when we need a hand
n
Staying on Top of the Detail:
Process invoices and purchase orders, reconcile executive credit cards, and flag anything that doesn't look right
n
What We're Looking For
n
2 to 4 years in an Executive Assistant, administration or coordination role
n
Organised. You keep track of the moving parts and things don't fall through the cracks.
n
A good communicator. You can write something clean and professional, and you're just as comfortable talking to a Managing Director as a supplier or a branch manager.
n
Discreet. You'll be across confidential information and it stays with you.
n
Someone who gets on with it. You spot what needs doing and sort it, rather than waiting to be asked.
n
The tech. Comfortable with Outlook, Teams and the Microsoft suite.
n
Any exposure to mining, construction or industrial equipment is a bonus, not a requirement.
n
Why You'll Love Working Here
n
A market-competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000 + super, depending on experience
n
A proudly Australian owned business that's growing, with real scope for your role to grow with it
n
A close-knit, supportive team that likes to have fun together, not just work together
n
Free parking
n
Since our founding in 1999, we've achieved consistent growth and increased our market share year after year. The reason is simple: our people. More specifically, it's the dynamic culture we've built—one that makes this an ideal place to grow your career.
