Hiring for Senior Business Analyst / Associate Business Consultant

Location- Sydney

Position- Permanent

Location: Broadbeach, QLD, Australia

Years of Experience: Minimum 7-10 Years

Domain- Travel Domain -- Microsoft dynamics business central (Mandatory)

n

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria within an agile software delivery team.
n
- Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions.
n
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points.
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives align with business goals.
n
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
n
- Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
n
- Develop and maintain system documentation and training material.
n
- Provide leadership within project teams to ensure delivery of customer requirements and expectations.
n

Mandatory Skills:

n

n
- 5+ years of experience in a similar business analyst role.
n




- Extensive proven experience in key business analysis disciplines including requirements elicitation and documentation, process analysis, and organizational strategy.
n
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
n
- Well developed written and oral communication and facilitation skills.
n
- Attention to detail and effective organization and time management skills.
n
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
n
- Experience within travel or other internet scale environments.
n

Preferred Skills:

n

n
- Robust understanding of the travel or retail industry.
n
- Knowledge in business process re engineering and improvement.
n
- Ability to conduct virtual meetings and workshops.
n
- Excellent documentation skills, both technical and non technical.
n
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly regarded.
n
- UI/UX experience is highly regarded.
n
