At Flowers Across Sydney, we make moments bloom. From our Marrickville (2204) workspace, we create and deliver fresh, beautiful flowers that make people smile every day.

We're just one branch of Flowers Across™, with thriving teams in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, delivering thousands of floral gifts each week. With our own tech team, solid online presence, and passionate people, we're growing fast - and we're looking for 2x motivated and highly capable Part-time Florists to join us.

About the Role

This is an on-site floristry position, creating gorgeous arrangements for an online-based florist and gift delivery business.

While floristry experience (Cert III or prior hands-on floristry) is preferred, we’re very open to candidates with strong creative skills and a genuine passion for flowers (tell us more in your cover letter!)

Hours: We have 2 Permanent Part-time schedules available. Please outline in your cover letter which hours you’d prefer!

Option A: 29 hours/week

Monday: 7am-3pm

Thursday: 7am-3pm

Friday: 7am-3pm

Sunday: 7am-2pm

Option B: 30 hours/week

Tuesday: 7am-3pm

Wednesday: 7am-3pm

Thursday: 7am-3pm

Saturday: 7am-3pm

Pay

Pay rates are above award rate and are commensurate with experience (cert or non-cert floristry and creatives!).



Weekend penalties + Superannuation applied on top of advertised rate.

About You

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in the floristry industry and/or holds a floristry qualification (Cert III preferred, experience ideal).
- Someone with a passion for flowers, floristry, and delivering 'wow' moments to all customers.
- A highly motivated and hard-working person who doesn't take themselves too seriously (we like to have fun while we work!)
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and smashes deadlines (we work to both team and personal KPIs).
- A person with strong attention to detail, who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
- Someone who is self-managed and independent, but equally able to work collaboratively within a team.
