Responsibilities

- Collaborate with a energetic team of educators to craft a safe, engaging and enriching environment where children thrive.

- Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, while actively sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.

- Cultivate meaningful and respectful connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.

Qualifications
n
n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent.
n
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.
n
- A warm and caring personality.
n
- Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
n
- A current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
n
