Group Training Lead (SA)

We are looking for a Group Training Lead (SA) who can lead our apprenticeship and traineeship program with purpose, innovation and passion. Maxima is driven by a desire to reframe what's possible by making a real difference to the lives of those in our local communities.

As the Group Training Lead, you will support a team of dedicated field officers to deliver high‐quality employment and training outcomes. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, performance and maintaining the trusted relationships that underpin our success.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated Field Officers to deliver outstanding results and services
n
- Maintain a caseload of apprentices and trainees, providing guidance and support to ensure positive outcomes
n
- Nurture relationships with Host Employers to drive client retention and service satisfaction
n
- Manage the operational delivery of apprenticeship and traineeship programs within South Australia, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
n
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with host employers, training providers and community stakeholders
n
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve performance and retention
n
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation
n
- Promote a positive and safety first culture for staff, apprentices and trainees
n
n
What you will need to succeed
n
You will have strong mentoring skills, exceptional relationship management with a passion for vocational education and training. Previous experience in group training, vocational education will help you succeed in this role.
