The Opportunity

n

Extend, part of The Extend Group, is looking for an OSHC Service Assistant at Holy Spirit Community School in Ringwood to play, teach, and take care of children in a safe learning environment in Outside School Hours Care.

n

The Role

n

n
- Before School Care 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM.
n
- After School Care 3:15 PM - 6:00 PM.
n
- Holiday care up to 6 hours per day.
n
- Assist in delivering daily quality activities for children that are protected, fun, stimulating, and carry educational value.
n
- Supervise and support children.
n
- Prepare and serve healthy food options.
n
- Create an engaging and happy environment for children.
n
- Build meaningful relationships with your colleagues, the children, families, school leaders, and the school community.
n

About You

n

n
- Engaging and warm personality.
n
- Strong focus on child safety and appreciation for mandatory reporting.
n
- Excellent communication and people skills.
n




- You hold Certificate III or higher in Children's Services, Early Childhood, School Aged care (or studying towards) or equivalent.
n
- Working with Children Check (willing to obtain).
n
- HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (or willing to obtain).
n
- Child Protection Certificate.
n
- Available to work Monday to Friday and Vacation Care.
n
