We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to support our WA operations based in Malaga through a combination of customer service and warehouse coordination.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Customer Service & Sales Support

n

n
- Manage incoming phone calls and provide prompt, professional assistance to customers and internal teams.
n
- Support counter sales as required, ensuring a positive customer experience.
n

n

Warehouse Coordination

n

n
- Coordinate day‐to‐day warehouse operations to maintain an effective workflow.
n
- Manage stock movements, including receiving, dispatching, and inventory accuracy.
n
- Assemble braking kits and associated products to required standards.
n
- Ensure all assembled items meet quality and safety requirements.
n




- Assist with general warehouse tasks to support operational needs.
n
- Ensuring warehouse is maintained in a clean and tidy manner with the TES guidelines.
n

About You

n

n
- Forklift and driver's licences essential
n
- Previous warehouse/storeperson experience.
n
- Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.
n
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
n
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
- Attention to detail and a high level of reliability.
n
- Mechanical aptitude and enjoys hands‐on work.
n
- Basic computer skills for inventory.
n
- Ability to pass a medical and drug & alcohol screen.
n
