We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounting skilled to join our firm as an Associate Director with potential for future equity buy-in. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is eager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm's strategic direction. You will manage a portfolio ($800K +) with direct reports.

This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Manager or Partner seeking to advance within a technology-driven firm renowned for its efficient processes.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead client engagements in accounting and tax advisory services.
n
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth.
n
- Mentor and develop staff, promoting high-performance standards.
n
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
n
- Uphold and promote the firm's professional standards and ethics.
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n
- 8+ years experience in public practice
n
- CA/CPA designation with substantial public practice experience.
n
- Must have experience managing a team
n
- Open to Managers and Senior Managers looking to take their next step
n
- Accounting software: Xero, FYI Docs, BGL360
n
- Excellent technical accounting and tax knowledge.
n
- MUST have interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
n
