The Carlton Wine Room in Victoria is seeking a full time Front of House Wait Staff member to join a passionate hospitality team. You will deliver exceptional guest service, manage reservations, assist with wine pairing recommendations and uphold high standards of presentation and hygiene.
As a trade waiter, you will work closely with the beverage team, handle POS and payments, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return. Prior FOH experience is valued.
