With a solid focus on enterprise workflow transformation, they lead end-to-end Appian delivery programs for complex, mission-critical environments.

We are seeking a Lead Appian Technical Consultant to drive architecture, delivery standards and technical leadership across enterprise Appian implementations. This role combines hands-on solution design with team leadership and direct client engagement. You will act as the technical authority across projects, ensuring quality, scalability and successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Appian solutions
n
- Own solution architecture, integration strategy and data model design
n
- Produce high-level technical specifications and define development standards
n
- Lead code reviews, mentor development teams and drive technical uplift
n




- Run agile ceremonies, oversee UAT and manage production deployments
n
- 6+ years' experience delivering enterprise applications
n
- Strong understanding of Appian architecture, integrations and enterprise design patterns
n
- Proven experience leading development teams and acting as technical lead
n
- Experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs
n
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)
n
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
n

- Experience operating as primary technical point of contact for clients

- Exposure to enterprise infrastructure environments (Windows/Linux)
