About the role

- Partnering with managers to provide practical HR advice
n
- Supporting employee relations matters, including performance and conduct
n
- Managing end‐to‐end recruitment
n
- Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
n
- Assisting with award interpretation and compliance
n
- Contributing to HR projects, systems, and process improvements
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
n
- Solid exposure to employee relations + recruitment
n
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation & awards
n
- Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels
n
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable in a fast‐paced environment
n
