Right now, we're on the hunt for a Sales Manager - someone who's equal parts people leader and commercial driver, ready to energise teams, grow sales, and make customers say Wow

What You'll Do
n
n
- Develop and deliver a sales strategy that aligns with Rollie's big-picture goals
n
- Set transparent sales targets and KPIs, track progress, and report on performance
n
- Partner with Customer Care to create omnichannel service standards that boost spend, retention, and acquisition
n
- Jump in on ad-hoc projects that support both the sales strategy and broader business goals
n
- Manage the sales budget, optimising spend across channels for maximum ROI, and champion a data-led approach to understand the voice of the customer
n
- Oversee retail and wholesale costs, ensuring spend is within budget, and that store schedules meet operational needs within wage-to-sales targets
n
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, keeping them empowered, capable, and accountable
n
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and brand teams to hit sales targets and deliver a seamless customer experience
n

Who You Are
n
n
- Experienced: 2 to 3 years in a senior sales role, ideally in retail
n
- Strategic & Hands-On:
able to see the big picture and make it happen on the ground
n
- Creative & Analytical: blending people-first leadership with data-driven decision making
n
- A Strong Communicator: builds trust and relationships with ease
n
- Results-Driven: thrives on solving problems and hitting targets
n
