About the Role
We’re currently looking for motivated Electrical Fitters / Switchboard Electricians to join our growing team on the Central Coast.
This is a factory-based position only — no onsite installation work required.
You’ll be building and wiring custom low voltage switchboards for commercial and industrial projects,
working alongside an experienced team in a busy manufacturing setting that values quality, reliability and teamwork.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Wiring and fitting electrical switchboards
- Installing electrical components and equipment
- Reading and working from technical drawings and layouts
- Busbar assembly and control wiring
- Testing completed boards prior to dispatch
- Assisting with production deadlines and workflow
- Maintaining workshop cleanliness and safe work practices
What We Are Looking For
- Electrical trade qualification or relevant industry experience
- Previous switchboard manufacturing experience preferred
- Confidence reading electrical schematics and layouts
- Good hand skills and experience with workshop tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
