Summary:

n

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking two experienced ServiceNow Reporting & Dashboard Consultants to design and build in-tool reporting and dashboards. These tools will help improve visibility into ServiceNow utilization by the client's employees and service partners, enabling better operational insights and decision-making.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Design, develop, and maintain customized reports and interactive dashboards within the ServiceNow platform.
n
- Analyze utilization data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and service partners to gather reporting requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
n
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within reporting solutions.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow reporting and dashboard issues.
n
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and reporting best practices.
n

Required Qualifications:

n

n
- Proven experience designing and developing reports and dashboards within ServiceNow.
n




- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, data structures, and reporting tools.
n
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting features.
n
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices within ServiceNow.
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
n
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
n

Preferred Qualifications:

n

n
- Experience in large enterprise environments, preferably in financial services.
n
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow workflows.
