As our Events business continues to grow, we're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Events Attendants to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of memorable celebrations, corporate events, weddings and special occasions while gaining exposure across multiple hospitality departments.

About the Role

n

As an Events Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every event is delivered with professionalism, energy and attention to detail.

n

This is a casual position offering flexible shifts across Events, with opportunities to support other hospitality areas throughout the Club based on operational needs.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Delivering exceptional customer service to guests throughout their event experience
n
- Setting up and resetting function spaces in accordance with event requirements and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
n
- Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
n
- Assisting with weddings, corporate functions, special events and Club activations
n
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of event spaces
n
- Supporting operational requirements across multiple hospitality departments when required
n
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
n

About You

n

You are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in agile environments where no two shifts are the same. You bring a positive attitude, robust customer focus and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in hospitality, functions, events or customer service roles
n
- A professional and friendly approach to customer interactions
n
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
- The ability to multitask and remain calm in fast‐paced environments
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
- Availability to work across Events and other hospitality departments as required
n
